Elevate your hand balancing skills and teaching methods with our 18-hour continuing education training, designed specifically for both yoga teachers and students. This comprehensive workshop will provide in-depth knowledge and practical techniques to enhance your hand balancing practice and teaching expertise.
The course covers key aspects such as:

-Pose Breakdown
-Alignment & Technique
-Progressions & Drills
-Teaching Strategies
-Troubleshooting Common Challenges
Upon successful completion of the 18-hour training, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Chair Yoga, which can be applied toward Continuing Education credits with Yoga Alliance.
